SELECTING RAW MATERIALS
RAW MATERIALS
is received from supplier and stored into Raw Materials Storage warehouse for Quality Checking, QC team check quality of all Raw Materials, screened to remove dirt and other impurities
Production - Furnace
Production (Burning) process of the Wood to Wood Charcoal inside the Furnace approximately 3-5days, from Wood Raw Materials until Finish becoming Wood Charcoal.
The carbon content of charcoal changes with the variety of raw materials and carbonizing temperature.
High-quality charcoal should have a uniform shape and size, a smooth surface, and a dark gray or black color.
PT Ebot Aman Makmur has set 3 variables to determine the product quality, the charcoal produced by carbonisation furnace has different quality index for different purposes. We usually measure the quality of wood charcoal based on its moisture content, cleanliness and size.
Since charcoal is a highly absorbent substance, it absorbs moisture from the air during the stacking process and increases its moisture content. In general, the moisture content of charcoal is less than 3% after discharging from the carbonizing furnace.

CUTTING PROCESS - Size Inspection
Cleanliness In order to be sure on the quality of charcoal,our QC team check intensifely the quality of charcoal after discharging from Furnace, see if found Foreign materials or other organic matter It will then be purer, meaning that it will contain as little organic matter, low moisture Its carbon content must be over 80%.
PACKAGING
The quality of charcoal packaging is important because it ensures the charcoal is packed tightly and cleanly, we determine Packaging quality as follows :
1.Tightness: The charcoal should be packed tightly.
2.Cleanliness: The charcoal should be packed clean.
